Amazing people to work with! Max came out and unlocked my son’s truck at his high school after he locked his keys in it. He even made me an extra key fob on the spot without needing the other one. Very good at communication and good prices.

West Locksmith Katy is a very awesome locksmith company!! Dustin was very polite and helpful!! He is very quick and on time. Very quick and easy process. Got my car open in less than 1 minute and was able to help me resolve my issue. I’m so grateful for them. I will always contact them if I get in an issue like this. I give them a 10 out of 10 a HIGHLY recommend!!

Couldn't be happier with the service. Absolutely deserve their 5 star rating. I got locked out of my car when I left my key in the trunk. They helped me get it in about an hour (from my call to getting to my location and fixing the problem). Their service charge was extremely reasonable. Would 100% recommend.

Very responsive and good at communicating they answered all my questions and came out at a later time around 7-8PM he worked swiftly and kept me informed throughout everything they were doing. would highly recommend service to anyone whos in need of a key fob or key made or in an emergency!
