West Houston Electric came through on every aspect of the issue that I was dealing with. They were also able to come out same day to perform the diagnosis and then returned the very next morning to perform the work that was necessary to fix our problem.
Landen was our technician, and he was fantastic. He was very diligent throughout the process and was able to explain each step as he progressed (was able to learn things through his explanations). He was very professional and was on time for each scheduled appointment. I could not recommend him enough to anyone out there looking for some help.
I used google reviews to find this company and I want to make sure that anyone who is looking for some help will read my review and know that they are in great hands.

Colton from West Houston Electric did a phenomenal job on a full breaker box replacement. He and his technician were on time, worked efficiently, were very professional, and thorough. They got the job done the same day and explained everything they completed. I would definitely recommend Colton and West Houston Electric. I will be using them from now on for any electrical issues.

Rolando at West Houston Electric did a fantastic job for us. We had a few electrical projects we needed quotes on. Rolando explained thoroughly what work needed to be done, how pricing worked, and what the available options were.
He was personable, polite, and friendly. He was quick with his work, and made sure that I tested, signed off, and was satisfied with the results.
We did not go ahead with all of the projects I got quotes on, but we did get a junction added to an existing lower level plug, and an outlet added on the other side of a stud, and above a counter.
I am very happy with their work. I felt safe knowing who was coming to my residence and what they looked like.

The best experience we have ever had with any technician of any kind. I called WHE based on their 5 star reviews. Theo came the next day. He was thorough, thoughtful and actually discovered other dangerous issues with the wiring of our home that we had no idea about. He explained everything clearly. I really cannot say enough positive things about him. He even had treats for our dog! The dog loved him too. Highly recommend!
