Prompt, thorough, and in my opinion... fairly priced. Luis, who did the work, was friendly, worked hard, and did a great job. Assured I was aware of a few issues prior to the work and assured I was happy with the result. 5 stars all the way from scheduling, to communications, to the work. I'm happy! Pictures reflect clean, and still air-drying, carrier and cushions. Too bad I don't have any before pics.

Potty training is hard, and at 5 years old, my living room rug was in sore need of a deep clean, her fibers looked dull and lifeless, and when you turned her over, you could see all the potty spots from foster dogs and the pictured troublemaker.
Elijah Williams swooped in with kindness, and indulging pats for the pets, and thoughtfully made sure my pets were secured before opening exterior doors. He performed efficient and thorough rug cleaning and education. My treasured rug looks brand new!
Elijah provided zero of that annoying pressure to upcharge additional services that other companies will sometimes pull, and when I of my own accord asked for quotes for my carpeted rooms, he was able to promptly give an estimate that was pleasantly reasonably priced.
Whoever handles their communications is also excellent, I marked I preferred text, & they were always prompt, pleasant, & helpful.
Did I mention that I put off scheduling with them until we were down to the wire, and Elijah came out within hours of me reaching out?
Upfront Home Services & Elijah exceeded my expectations in every way.
Once potty training is complete, I will be using this company & requesting him as my technician for further services.

I had a great experience with Upfront Home Services. From scheduling to the actual service, everything went really smoothly and their pricing is also reasonable. We had outstanding service from our technician, Travis. He helped refresh our upholstery by really working the stains out of the arm rests which were set in for years. He was very polite and courteous as well. He also did a great job on the tile and grout cleaning and the tiles look as good as new. Highly recommend this company!

Rory did a wonderful job of repairing 3 places our cats had pulled up carpet. He also stretched the carpet in one room so no one trips, and cleaned two areas. He is an incredibly hard worker, filled with kindness. My hall and master carpet looks brand new (and it’s 10 years old.)

Amazing work & local company. Great communication from the offset! Excellent work done quickly & during schedule time frame. Akeem was friendly and professional. I even added additional work (clean the steps), he was able to give quick quote and took care of it, without issue. I will be using them in the future for tile cleaning.
