The service technician did a great job installing the pendant lights above our kitchen island and was clear on details about the project and time frame we were looking at. He did a great job cleaning up after and hauling away the old lights.

Mr. Electric came to my house the day after I first reached out to them. They began work that same day after I agreed to scope and price. The Electrician was polite, professional and took great care with my house. After the work was done, the Electrician walked me through the work and explained exactly what he had done. While definitely not the least expensive, the price was worth the service, the professionalism and the quality of the work.

They set up the appointment fairly quick and were on time. The electrician (Nezir) that come to inspect the electrical box was thorough and took time to explain the issue. He was able to fix the serious electrical issues the same day and even took the time to provide advice. This is the second time I have used their services and I’m very happy with the outcome.

Very happy with the service provided - in my case the goal was to install a generator inlet and a whole home surge protector. My technician walked through the options available in my situation and was extremely knowledgeable about each. Once decided, the outcome of the service exceeded my expectations and the electrician spent time with me to fully understand how to use the system properly in various outage situations.
