Great experience! Electrician Andrew was friendly and professional. He installed a new light fixture in our attic, a new porch light and a new outdoor covered plug. He discussed plans with me and then kept me updated throughout the 3 installs. We also have a future project in mind and Andrew gave us ideas on how it could be done and the approximate cost. Definitely recommend Mr. Sparky.

We needed a dedicated outlet for our pool and Joel came out to assess our situation and gave us a quote. He was very professional and was able to help us within our budget!! The work he did was exceptional and the education he provided was invaluable! Thank you Joel for the impeccable work and getting us up to code so we feel safe running our pool!!

I hate doing reviews because you can’t base everything on one experience. However, first impressions are almost everything and I feel like this could be a learning experience. With the younger generation going into owning/renting homes, we know absolutely nothing but what google tells us. I called in this morning with a series of questions (really just two I believe) one being “a ballpark of how much installing light fixtures might be” Now I do understand not knowing anything at the profession you’re in, fake it to you make it, or not wanting to be quoted on the price you told and it come out higher. Even with me mentioning “I’m not trying to hold you to it”
She did state that a licensed electrician will come out and quote me, with the website saying “Free Quote” but her informing me it’ll be a $69 dollar travel free. In my head, I don’t want to pay that or waste their time then the outcome is some completely outrageous like $7,000+. Maybe it was just me and/or maybe it was too early for Jenny/Jenni to understand where a customer might be coming from or to atleast try to assist by seeing if a tech was available to help me better understand the breakdown cost of what a light fixture could cost a person at a worse case scenario. I’m sure they’re a fantastic company, just might scare away the younger generation coming into homes.

Had a great experience with mister sparky. Raidel was extremely helpful explaining in detail what he found and how he was going about performing the work. His professionalism and experience showed. It was also very pleasant dealing with the young lady on the phone when scheduling a visit. All in all, a very professional outfit and trustworthy.

Too bad I had to give them even 1 star. Mr. Sparky will find the absolute most expensive test and diagnostics to run for the simplest issue. Jeremy took advantage of a stressed out woman who simply had an arcing outlet and charged over $1100 to replace it and tighten connections in 2 outlets on the same circuit. Jeremy logged over 2 hours on the job per the owner, while spending hardly over an hour. Half of which was spent writing a quote for $8000 worth of work while enjoying and laughing at the tv in the background. Jeremy was lingering inside and outside the house after the work was complete. Upon speaking to the owner, the owner made personal attacks against myself and my wife. The owner proceeded to tell me that I should have been at home taking care of my family rather than being at work. Terrible company with terrible leadership.
