I tried both keys and they are not working at all. Is there a way to redo the keys or get my money back?

When the house key popped out it looked a little off. I was thinking it would not work. Got home and it works just fine. I will use this key keyosk again.

Love the easiness and availability. Key came out great, wish they had more designs ready to dispense but no biggie. Like the idea of it storing my key in case I lose it so they have a copy on file that I can access from any kiosk, but wasn’t comfortable doing that myself quite yet just cause I’m a little paranoid. But really cool idea and feature!
