Today, Dallas did a flawless cleaning job on bedroom’s carpets, living room sofas and dinning chairs.
He was very professional getting confirmation from me about the required service and explaining all the details of the work to be done.
During the cleaning process, he was focused on details and getting the job done with quality still took some time to share findings and recommendations useful for future caring for carpets and upholstery.
For this service, besides normal maintenance , there were not too many issues I had about the carpets or chairs except for stains on one bench in the dining room that he fixed nicely.
Overall, I am very pleased to have chosen Brightway Carpet Cleaning and particularly have been served by Dallas.

I am extremely happy with the carpet cleaning as well as air duct cleaning that Dallas performed. Dallas was very meticulous with the work, very knowledge and helpful. I can't say enough about how professional and considerate Dallas was and really took his time to explain things. He also identified a leaking return line on an upstairs toilet (that could have been very bad!). I will be sure to recommend Brightway to friends as well as use them in the future!

Dallas did a fantastic job cleaning the upholstery of my dining room chairs and a living room recliner. They all had stains, oily residue, hand smudges, etc on them. I had never had any of them professionally cleaned, although 15+ years old. Amazingly Dallas was able to get them all clean. They look so much brighter now. In fact, they now look new! Thank you.
