I went in to get a car key cut. I was in and out in 5 minutes with my key done and a guarantee with it. Much better than calling one of these random ‘24-hour’ mobile locksmiths that when you call, some foreigner in a call center across the ocean picks up the phone. They also sell security systems, safes, and all kinds of lock and security type stuff that they have there on location. I had a good experience and I like that they are a local business so I recommend using them and giving them your business.

From just calling to inquire about opening a tool box to picking it open and making new keys. All smooth, straight forward and great customer service. From going to a different locksmith first definitely good price.

I’ve been using B&B Locksmiths for over 7 years now. My back door doorknob was practically falling off and I couldn’t do the repair myself. I gave B&B a call this afternoon and within an hour John was at my home. He was friendly, easy to talk to, knew his material, was conscious of my cats and made sure none tried to escape while he worked on the door, and quickly replaced the doorknob. I will continue using B&B Locksmith.

He arrived in a timely manner, double-checked all of his work, and made sure everything was done right. Throughout the entire process, he remained polite and easy to work with.
