I had a great experience working with Roland from West Houston Electric. He was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues with my light switches and made sure my entire electrical system was brought up to code. West Houston Electric came through on every aspect of the issue that I was dealing with. They were also able to come out same day to perform the diagnosis and then returned the very next morning to perform the work that was necessary to fix our problem.
Landen was our technician, and he was fantastic. He was very diligent throughout the process and was able to explain each step as he progressed (was able to learn things through his explanations). He was very professional and was on time for each scheduled appointment. I could not recommend him enough to anyone out there looking for some help.
I used google reviews to find this company and I want to make sure that anyone who is looking for some help will read my review and know that they are in great hands.

Colton from West Houston Electric did a phenomenal job on a full breaker box replacement. He and his technician were on time, worked efficiently, were very professional, and thorough. They got the job done the same day and explained everything they completed. I would definitely recommend Colton and West Houston Electric. I will be using them from now on for any electrical issues.

JD came out to Cypress and did a phenomenal job with helping me get a quote together. I had a bit of a unique project related to my solar and EV charging set up that other companies were unfamiliar with. JD had done a similar job before and took the time to verify everything that would be needed. The pricing seemed fair, and after the 30% solar tax credit it was more than reasonable. They even had 0% APR financing available which wasn't needed on this job. I threw a lot at him and he took it all in stride and was able to get the contract finished up within the hour. Very impressed and gave me a lot of peace of mind for a job that will keep my family mostly off grid and ready for future power outages.
JD with West Houston Electric also did a safety inspection (separate fee but applied towards the total cost of the contract) that helped me keep in mind a couple of items I should get worked on or replace myself in the near future.
**UPDATE**
The job was officially completed today by JD and Beryl. They finished the whole thing in one day, I was impressed. JD took the time to come verify some of the major parts of the install while they were working on it. Very professional and hard workers. Job site was clean when they left.
